To register an account, you must provide a valid Unique Identifier Number and date of birth for an existing Employment Certificate application. The Unique Identifier and date of birth you have entered do not match any records in our system. Please double-check that you have obtained the correct information from the youth applicant and that all information was correctly entered. If you are still experiencing problems registering, please contact the Department for further assistance.
